Miami-Dade county is Florida’s most populous county and ranks seventh in the nation with almost 2.9 million people. Covering an area of 1,946 square miles and that is multi-cultured and is rich in history.

The city of Miami has a population of 441,003 and is the largest city in the metropolitan area and is the worlds cruise ship capital as well as the gateway to Latin America. As part of Southeast Florida’s “Gold Coast” when combined with neighboring Broward & Palm Beach counties the metro population is over 6 million and ranks as the country’s 8th largest.

It’s known around the world for sun and balmy weather as well as being a tourism mecca. True to its reputation of clubs, bars, stars, sand and sun Miami is also a thriving business city. With world headquarters for Brightstar Corporation, Burger King, Ryder System Inc, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and World Atlantic Airways.

The key cities are: Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Kendal and Miami Shores.   Of course Miami Beaches “South Beach” district is world famous and is home to some of the nations most expensive properties.

Downtown & Midtown Miami connects the new Arts district that is also up and coming with new condos and distinct housing choices.
