Lloyd EstatesThe neighborhood of Lloyd Estates is located in the south-central portion of the city of Oakland Park. Just north of Oakland Park Blvd, west of Andrews ,and east of Powerline Rd and south of Park Lane West (38th Ave).

It consist of homes that vary in size from 1,100 sq. feet and go up to around 2,800 sq. feet. These homes were built mostly in 1960’s & 1970’s and range in price from $200,000 up to $365,000 as with any area there are always exceptions.

In the past ten years Lloyd Estates has been seeing new home owners come in and renovate and update homes. The main draw here is that you can still buy a home below $250,000 and be close to the beach and excellent shopping. With a neighborhood park and plenty of trees and friendly neighbors Lloyd Estates looks like it will remain popular with home shoppers.
