This is truly a “boutique neighborhood” as its intimate size with only 33 homes on three streets ( NW 19th Way, NW 45th St and makes up Eastland Cove. Located just south of Prospect Rd and west of Powerline Rd and connected to the Oakland Park neighborhood is where you will find Eastland Cove.
